Century Farm Country Cottages offers both nightly and weekly rentals for guests looking to enjoy beautiful Leelanau County, Lake Michigan, Grand Traverse Bay, Traverse City, and the many leisure destinations of Northern Michigan!

Nightly & Weekly Rates for each Cottage:

Off-peak season: weekly: $610; weekday: $115; weekend: $130/night.

Peak season: weekly: $685; weekday: $130; weekend: $145/night.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Minimum length of stay is two nights.

Off-peak season 2008: The 2nd of May through the 20th of June; the 2nd of September through the 1st of November.

Peak season 2008: The 21st of June through the 1st of September.

The Nitty-Gritty

• Both cottages have king-size beds as well as either a day-bed (stone cottage) or a futon (log cabin) for the kids or additional guests.
• Linens and towels are provided in both cottages. Additional linens and towels are provided upon request.
• A rollaway bed is available for $15.00 per night or $50 per week.
• Cancellations may be made up to 14 days in advance minus a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the reservation will sacrifice the deposit.
• To guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay is required. The deposit must be received at Century Farm within two weeks of your making the reservation. Please pay by check, payable to Century Farm. The remainder is due at the end of your stay.
• Check-in time is 3 pm or later. Checkout is 12 noon.

Pet Policy

• Up to two dogs are allowed in the Log Cabin only.
• Dogs must be attended to at all times. Do not leave dogs in the Cabin alone while you are out and do not allow dogs to wander alone outside.
• Dogs must have up-to-date shots and owners must carry documentation of rabies vaccination for each animal.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their dogs to the Log Cabin or any property at Century Farm.
• There is an additional $12/night fee for one canine guest or $18/night for two.
• Owners must pick up after their dogs. Please use the shovel near the fence or the one in the back of the creamery to toss your dog's droppings into the tall-grass or bushes.
• Use common sense and do not bring dogs that have any problems with children, other people, or other dogs.
• If we receive complaints from other guests or perceive problems ourselves with your dog or dogs, we reserve the right to ask you to find other accommodations for your pets or leave the premises. If you are asked to remove your pets from our property due to problems and this results in your departing prior to the end of your reservation, you will forfeit your deposit for all remaining nights of your reservation.

If your party includes older children, we find that the log cabin at Century Farm Country Cottages has the ideal setup as it offers a spacious, traditional cabin layout with an antique wood-fired cookstove. The Log Cabin can comfortably sleep 5 when the rollaway bed is requested. Mom and dad will love the king-sized log-tied bed - it has been a favorite of many guests as it characterizes the rustic charm of Leelanau County and Century Farm itself.

The Stone Cottage at Century Farm Country Cottages is also ideal for families - especially those with children of elementary school age or younger. The Stone Cottage can sleep 4 with the use of the trundle bed (or 5 if you request the rollaway bed).
